Projects and experiments help to organise your data. First of all projects provide a way to administer several experiments. Fine-grained access priviledges may be assigned to individual project names. |

An experiment combines all relevant information from mass spectra to lists of identified peptides to statistical analysis results. |

Choose the action named "Change permissions of selected project/experiment ..." to view and modify access permissions. If a user has only read access to a secured project or experiment, he or she is for instance not allowed to import data or delete parts of the experiment.
